The Halliburton North Belt Campus Technology Center is a 215,000 SF, two-story building consisting of 40% laboratory space and 60% office space with a designated chemical delivery corridor. The building is 80% cast-in-place concrete with a precast and curtainwall exterior. The additional 20% is a steel and painted tiltwall structure. The laboratories are utilizes for Chamistal, Electrical, Geo Mechnical, Analytical, Biological, and R&D.
