The Innovation Plaza contains an outdoor plaza between the student housing and parking garage. Life is a 19-story student housing tower containing 483 units. The ground floor contains a fitness area with retail spaces, mail room, plus mechanical rooms. The medical building is a 17-story, 485,000 SF of life sciences, clinical, biomedical, technology and office use. The parking garage is 13 levels with 2,714 parking spaces. This project is set for completion in 2024!
