Harvey-Cleary installed a nine-story scaffold inside the building with a dance floor platform, a green wall, fireplace, and created a new vestibule. Additionally, Harvey-Cleary renovated 8 bathrooms and installed 10,000 SF of wood blank on walls and floors, added a new AHU and upgraded entire HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical.
2345 Crystal Drive Lobby and Common Core Renovation won a WBC Craftsmanship award.
