4 Waterway Square is a nine-level office building located on The Waterway in The Woodlands Town Center and consists of 225,000 SF of office space. The exterior skin consists of architectural precast, aluminum composite panels, curtainwall and window wall. Architectural elements include sunshades at the terraces, reverse radii curtainwall located on the Waterway and the curtainwall on the east side is constructed with a 20° angle. The main lobby welcomes tenants with limestone and travertine walls at the main entry and glass walls at the elevator lobby.
