The campus consists of three buildings, totaling 42,000 SF. Developed within the East Aldine Town Center, the East Aldine Economic Opportunity Center provides workforce training in a community where half the adults lack a high school education. The center is affiliated with Lone Star Community College. The East building has a cafe, commercial kitchen incubator and a makerspace, including a high-tech fabricator lab. The West building is designed for workforce training classrooms and clinic spaces. The North building serves as a welcome center and houses financial services, offices and co-working spaces.
