The center is affiliated with Lone Star Community College. The East building has a cafe, commercial kitchen incubator and a makerspace, including a high-tech fabricator lab. The West building is designed for workforce training classrooms and clinic spaces. These clinic spaces provide high quality health care, accessible in areas of primary care, dental care, behavioral health services for adults and children, family planning, health promotion and community outreach, wellness and nutrition. The North building serves as a welcome center and houses financial services, offices and co-working spaces.
