This project is a one level, 21,600 SF tiltwall building located in Richmond, Texas. The facility has a full-size gym, game room, teen center for 13-17-year-olds, a kids cafe, technology center and library. This is the Boys and Girls Club 11th and largest club in the greater Houston area. They expect to have as many as 1,300 members and will average 225 members participating in the program daily.
