Cirrus Logic Corporate Headquarters

The Cirrus Logic project is a 122,000 SF, six-level, Class A office building with an adjacent 131,400 SF, eight-level parking garage located in Downtown Austin. The buildings, both cast-in-place concrete, serve as the corporate headquarters for Cirrus Logic, Inc. The exterior of the office building is predominantly zinc panels and glass curtainwall, with additional features including limestone veneer, IPE wood soffits and stainless steel and glass handrails. The parking garage exterior includes a combination of precast concrete and perforated zinc panels. The project includes all sitework consisting of extensive offsite water and wastewater infrastructure improvements, an underground water quality pond and decorative concrete walks. Within the building, staff areas feature hot rolled steel backsplashes with suspended cabinets, all housed in a steel frame drywall recess with fluorescent down lighting. The main lobby is surrounded by reclaimed and saw-cut pine timber columns (from a New Hampshire farmhouse from the late 1800s) and beams sitting on stainless steel pedestals.
