The project consists of a new community center, pavilion, and an indoor and outdoor pool. The community center is a two-level structural steel and wood-framed building containing a Pro Shop, multipurpose meeting rooms, a two-story 'Great Room' entry, fitness center, men's and women's locker rooms, indoor running track, and an open fitness area for group activities. The pavilion features a unique timber and steel truss system for supporting the tongue and groove wood roof. The indoor pool is enclosed by an aluminum and glass structure featuring operable glass walls and roof panels for ventilation and direct access to the locker rooms and outdoor pool. The main building has an exterior of stone and stucco with several timber-framed porches on the front and a timber-framed porch that stretches the entire length of the back.
