This project is Dow Chemical's new Houston headquarters. The build-out includes office space, fitness center, welcome area, and data centers. It was built with environmentally friendly and recycled materials. Some of the materials include terrazzo tiles, poured-in-place terrazzo, 3form panels, glass, wood veneer doors, solid surface, stone and ceramics, carpet tile, mechoshades, and pendant lights with energy saving controls and automatic dimmers.
