291,000 SF, 10-story office building with retail on the first floor and office space on levels two through nine
The largest challenge with this first generation build-out was the schedule. It demanded a 12-week completion schedule in spite of a unique design that included high-end finishes with lead time constraints. Through a team approach and value engineering on the part of Harvey and the architect, the project was delivered on time while maintaining a quality end product that met the architect’s vision. This project consists of many high-end finishes from the custom solid surface countertops and sliding glass conference room doors, to custom millwork paneling and curved glazing components with custom graphic art.
