The Norton Rose Fulbright project was a complete remodel of ten floors of existing office space totaling 255,000 SF. The project was completed in five phases allowing the client swing space to accommodate construction while maintaining business functions. The scope included premium grade millwork throughout and special care was taken in reuse of original millwork elements to incorporate into the new design. An upgraded conference space, centralized breakrooms and consolidated file areas were also included. The finish selections include marble flooring and credenza tops, direct glue wall coverings, fabric wrapped acoustical panels on walls and ceilings, wood flooring and laminated acoustical glass office fronts. Each phase of the project was successfully completed on time while also meeting the clients budget.
