Foley Gardere

Gardere consisted of 3 floors of demolition and buildback for this Law Firm's relocation within 1000 Louisiana. It included repurposing an existing stair in a design build approach structurally, where we removed all existing finishes and handrails on the stair for the new design. The beautiful remodel, as designed by Gensler, included Brochsteins millwork, calacatta gold marble flooring, wood flooring, back painted glass feature walls, skyfold partitions, operable glass walls, and glass fronts. The design was a striking contrast to their existing space with the use of glass to give the environment a more vibrant and lighter feel.
