Golden Pass LNG relocated their Houston office to 811 Louisiana, Levels 14 & 15. This 35,000 SF interior renovation includes conferencing rooms, private waiting areas, production areas, and support offices with heavy A/V & IT components. Level 15 is a full floor build-out of a reception area with a custom millwork reception desk, custom wood veneer wall panels, custom lacquered ceiling panels, a boardroom with a catering pantry, a specialty breakroom and lounge, meeting rooms, huddle and phone rooms, workstations and private offices. Level 14 is a partial floor build-out with a breakroom, workstations, private offices, remaining staff areas, and typical support space.
