The Hilton Lobby and Resturant Renovation consist of a complete refresh of the existing ballrooms, event rooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and restrooms on levels 4 and 6. The scope included removal and replacement of all carpet throughout, removal and replacement of wallcovering, new paint, new ceiling tiles, re-cover existing Operable Partition doors, new door hardware throughout, new restroom tile, millwork, countertops, and plumbing fixtures. The project had a strict schedule and was completed in multiple mobilizations in eight weeks.
