8,000 SF build-out of an MRI suite on the 16th floor of the Houston Methodist OPC Hospital. The project included building a structural slab within the MRI suite, construction of the scan and control rooms and lifting the MRI equipment through the exterior façade and rigging into place. This project required significant coordination with the hospital to tie in chilled water systems, remove and re-install exterior window systems, and temporary shoring to install structural slab. The project also required closure of Main Street and temporary closure of hospital access drives.
