The Awty International School Student Center dramatically reshapes the existing campus serving 1400 students in grades 2 – 12 in Houston, Texas.

This 52,148 SF interior build-out encompasses two levels of 1080 Eldridge Parkway. High-end finishes can be found throughout the elevator lobbies and reception area and include tile flooring, wood-slatted feature ceiling, wood cubicle walls and stone tops/islands. The offices include perimeter drywall, open concept workstations, and a daylight harvesting system.
