The project was a fast-paced, 12-week renovation that included high-end offices and open concept finishes, SCIF, and a LAN room tied to switchgear modifications. This project included demountable partitions, architectural glass, high-end millwork and casework, 900LF, CRAHU, 50+ VAV’s, three restrooms, wood flooring, high-tech security system, audio visual areas, and data communication system that tie into every Intelsat office worldwide.
