The scope of this project included remodeling four existing rooms on the second floor of the women's services wing at the Methodist Stone Oak Hospital. These four women's services rooms were demolished and rebuilt to meet the Texas Department of Health and Human Services code requirements to be labor and delivery rooms. The project consisted of installing new medical gas for baby monitor stations, specialty fully adjustable Skytron light fixtures, supply and return air inlets, vinyl flooring with interlingual coved base and new ceilings per code requirements.

All associated MEP shut downs and third party inspections were tracked closely by Harvey-Cleary in coordination with the Methodist Stone Oak staff to complete the project in a timely manner. Throughout the entire project an Infectious Control Risk Assessment Permit was utilized by Harvey-Cleary.
