Located in Downtown Houston’s BG Group Place, this project consists of 23,000 SF of high-end office space. Exiting the elevator onto level 17, premium millwork panels catch the eye as tactical lighting illuminates the room immediately creating an ambiance of class. The premium millwork is again showcased as you enter the reception area through an enormous floor-to-ceiling sliding millwork barn-style door. Through construction of lavish stone flooring, premium millwork, fabric wrapped panels, stretched fabric ceiling and attention to detail, the reception area and four conference rooms are impressive. This high standard is by no means lost anywhere in the entirety of the space. By utilizing great design, luxurious finishes and superior craftsmanship, this project provided the client with a unique work environment that leaves an impressive impact with anyone that steps foot into the space.
