This 46,000 SF renovation includes an interconnecting stair, glass bridge, coffered ceilings, premium millwork, glass partitions, decoustics ceilings, and terrazzo flooring. This project showcases numerous products from around the world. Five different types of glass including low-iron (Japan), ceramic-infused (China), and stainless steel composite glass (Germany) dominate the space. Architectural 'waterfall' glass (Canada) accents the stair. Premium millwork in sycamore (France) serves as the signature design component. Accents in stone and stainless steel serve to further define the clean design look. Electronic window louvers track sunlight in conjunction with a sophisticated energy management system yielding a truly unique space.
