The Seven Acres Facility is a two-story senior care facility housing assisted living, memory care, and independent living that was impacted by Hurricane Harvey. The project includes complete repair and replacement of flood and wind damage on level one, which included 26 Independent Living Units, 48 Memory Care Units, and 62 Assisted Living Units, pre-function spaces, kitchen, auditorium area, cafe, lobby, laundry facility, offices, and a physical therapy suite. The finishes include new millwork, flooring, drywall, paint, fabric, doors, and furniture. This project also includes the replacement of the main electrical switchgear and installation of an elevated raised platform to house the switchgear and the facility service providers electrical transformer. We also removed portions of paving in the front of the facility for the expansion of the adjacent bayou and relocated the perimeter steel fencing.
