Smiley Media

This project is 22,888 SF office remodel for the internet advertising company, Smiley Media. The design concept is open structure/open office consisting of Sonoglass sprayed acoustical insulation on the exposed structure, dry fall painting of exposed elements, floating drywall ceiling clouds, pendant light fixtures, feature wall with graphic designs, corrugated metal columns, Idea paint, Wall Talkers wall covering and a combination of stained concrete topping overlay flooring and carpet tile. The space also consists of training, meeting and conference rooms with full audio/visual capabilities, a hidden room behind a bookcase door, unique carpet tile patterns, hanging clouds and origami art, not to mention a relaxation area called 'the nest' built out of non-combustible wood sticks that resemble an actual bird nest.
