This project includes multiple buildings:
- 320,000 SF, twelve-story office building
- 200,000 SF, eight-story office building
- 100,000 SF, two-story amenities bldg
- 350,000 SF, seven-level parking garage
- 240,000 SF, four-level parking garage
The twelve and eight-story office buildings were constructed utilizing poured-in-place concrete, a unitized curtainwall system, architectural precast and dimensioned stone. The two-story amenities building utilized a steel frame skinned with architectural precast concrete, glazing, aluminum panels and dimensioned stone. Both parking garages are precast concrete and contain lower level storage. The interior build-out includes product evaluation kitchens and auditorium in addition to offices, conference rooms and executive space. This project achieved LEED Gold.
