​Texas Mutual Insurance

Texas Mutual Insurance is a LEED Gold project consisting of a 283,584 SF, build-to-suit, four-story office building with rooftop penthouse. There is also a 395,359 SF, seven-floor parking garage adjacent to the office. The building is a post-tension concrete structure with exposed concrete columns and pan decks while the garage is a two-floor pour-in-place concrete basement with a five-floor precast concrete structure above grade. The project’s façade is composed of masonry, curtainwall, punched openings, fiber cement panels, a steel structure and green space feature at the penthouse and living green walls around the garage structure.
