The project is situated on a 3.45-acre site, consisting of two four-story office buildings, a future restaurant buildout on level 1 of Building A, and a six-story precast parking garage.
The University of Texas at Austin Chilling Station No. 6
This project was a design/build chilling station with three, 5,000-ton Titan chillers supplied by Johnson Controls. It included a below grade basement for the pumping and cast-in-place cooling tower basin on the roof with a built-in-place fiberglass cooling tower.
