
St. John XXII High School Student Center
The St. John XXIII Student Center is a new 25,000 SF addition to the Saint John XXIII High School in Katy, TX.
This project was a renovation in the University of Texas Health Science Center medical school building to include a 15,000 SF learning resource center on the ground floor and a 20,000 SF gross anatomy laboratory in the basement. New MEP infrastructure includes custom air handlers, phoenix exhaust valves, fire pump relocation, new switchgear, new natural gas emergency generator, sump pumps and new domestic/fire water surge tank and pumps.
