Two Briarlake Plaza (TBL) is a 19-story office building in which the bottom seven-levels consist of a parking garage for the office tenants. TBL is an addition to the existing Briarlake complex which is comprised of One Briarlake Plaza (OBP), a 20-story office building completed by Harvey in 2000, with an adjacent seven-level parking garage which ties into the new parking garage for TBL. This complex was built with the most state-of-the-art technology and design. In addition, TBL includes a 3,600 SF fitness center and 3,000 SF conference center on the first floor for the tenants to use at their leisure.
