​United Airlines Support Center

The 245,000 SF space offers a tech center, roof-top gardens and employee workstations. The new space consolidated existing support center locations bringing 1,400 United employees in Houston together under one roof. The high-density co-working floors are coupled with common areas and loaded with technology. These floors include an intensive MEP infrastructure to support the high-density workspaces and 24-hour critical support operations. Levels with permanent desk also include collaborative workspaces, meeting rooms and state-of-the-art video conferencing. Each floor contains demountable glass wall systems for acoustic privacy and high-end aesthetics. Harvey completed this first generation build-out of seven and a half floors in 12 months.
