Consulate General of Mexico project was a full interior and site renovation. Site work included installing 4,300 SF of ADS underground water storage in the parking lot, patching and repairing existing pavement, landscaping, fence install, vehicle and pedestrian gates. Interior construction included full demo of existing space, new internal stairwell from Level 1 to 3, polished concrete floors, “Documentation/Passport” area on Level 1, added 700 SF to the building for entry vestibule, elevator modernization, multiple conference rooms and multi-media/training rooms, press conference area on Level 4, and added restrooms on Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4.
