The 324-foot building sits on over 1,000 piles, some as deep as 100 feet. The concrete structure is wrapped in architectural precast panels, aluminum and glass in harmony with the existing M.D. Anderson Campus buildings. This tower ties into the existing buildings on three levels. The interiors include the build-out of office space, UTTV studios, medical research library, work-out suite with locker facilities, kitchen and dining facilities, conferencing center, and retail.
