A three-floor Interior remodel in the BHP tower. Two floors are a partial renovation with carpet and paint refresh and office realignment of MAARS demountable double glazed office fronts. Level ten is a complete demo and rebuild to add an open floor plan corporate headquarter, client hosting event space. The AV is industry-leading cutting edge with five video walls including a 40’ curved wall. This project also has a 24/7 Gas control room.
