The project is situated on a 3.45-acre site, consisting of two four-story office buildings, a future restaurant buildout on level 1 of Building A, and a six-story precast parking garage.
Capstar at Compass Plaza is a 230,000 SF, eight-level, cast-in-place structure. The first four levels consist of the parking garage with Class-A office space totaling approximately 120,000 SF above. The exterior of the building consists of various skin systems including vertical butt-glazed curtainwall with aluminum infill panels, perforated metal screen panels, ARPA panels, architectural louvers, as well as masonry veneer. The main lobby includes travertine flooring, cherry wood wall paneling, and vaulted perforated metal ceiling panels. The project is certified LEED Gold.
