The project is situated on a 3.45-acre site, consisting of two four-story office buildings, a future restaurant buildout on level 1 of Building A, and a six-story precast parking garage.
Dachis Group
The project consists of 6,393 SF of interior office space for the Dachis Group located in the Bank of America Tower in Downtown Austin, Texas. The project consists of an open-ceiling concept with Ramplus glass wall and door systems, shower facilities, conference rooms, break room, offices and open office areas. The design incorporates concrete floors, open painted structure with a unique pendant lighting package as well as one-way glass in the shower stalls, banquette seating and a custom reception desk.
