This project consists of approximately 26,000 SF of interior demolition, build-back, and ground-up expansion to accommodate new offices for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement in McAllen, Texas. The expansion scope includes approximately 5,000 SF of additional ground-up structure to the existing tilt-up concrete facility to accommodate new investigative offices, administration areas, detainee processing, secure evidence storage, fitness area, and locker rooms. Additionally, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems have been incorporated into the project to convert the former warehouse to quality office space.
