The headquarters facility for this beer distributor includes a 12,000 square foot, single-story office
building; 150,000 square feet of controlled-temperature warehouse; 10,000 square foot maintenance
building; fueling station; and guard house. The facility has a Santa Fe design featuring faux finished walls,
exposed cedar beams, custom-made wood doors, polished flagstone flooring and high-end millwork in
knotty alder. Amenities include a central courtyard with fountain, concrete fence with wrought iron insets and
an extensive security system with fingerprint reading access.
