Vanguard Urology is an approximately 11,000 SF build-out in the Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza previously built by Harvey. The elevator lobby has Calacatta 12-inch by 12-inch tile installed throughout and into a waiting room portal that is wrapped in wood veneer panels with vision glass inserts and a ceiling mounted concealed drop down projector. The reception area has six free-standing custom fabricated kiosk stations for check-in with a radius 7-foot high drywall partition clad with back lighted 3form panels. All Exam rooms have a 30-inch recessed flat screen televisions. This facility also has a small theater with full-height polyvision glass with polished edges and a 50-inch recessed flat screen television.
